All Sports conditioning designs and
implements sport specific conditioning programs to help achieve
the ultimate in athletic performance.
Each program is custom designed to help the athlete attain his
or her maximum potential and achieve their individual goals.
This involves drills and activities to develop skills and
movement patterns specific to their sport. Our preliminary testing and evaluation session determines the
athlete’s specific strengths and weaknesses through the
assessment of cardiovascular endurance. The results provide us
with a solid base for sports specific program design. Upon
completion of the program each athlete will be evaluated to show
their level of improvement.
All athletes benefit form proper preparation. An appropriate
training program that includes sport specific conditioning will
prepare an athlete for successful completion and reduce the risk
of injury.
While coaches are working on specific fielding skills that
improve the technical element of applying the game we improve
the fundamental skills that give an athlete the competitive
edge.
